Fly tipping on the mountain sides and other areas needs to be addressed

Poorer areas such as cefn goalu in Tredegar are due a massive uplift.
A: Roads in disrepair in areas that cause unnecessary damage to vehicles that in turn affects the poorest in our community. Parking is also a big problem in areas. Far to many double yellow areas.
